Engineers who own the outcome, not the deliverable.
We put forward-deployed engineers inside your team to find the AI work worth doing, build it, ship it into production, and leave the capability behind.
The method
A written map of candidate opportunities, each with value and feasibility.
One problem, one success measure you already track.
Working software in your repo, reviewed by your engineers.
Evaluation, monitoring, rollback and adoption.
Docs, runbooks, and your team running it.
Discovery 2 weeks
The FDE works alongside your team and learns the operation: where time goes, where decisions stall, where data already exists and where it does not. Output is a written map of candidate opportunities, each with an estimated value and an honest note on feasibility.
Scoping 1 week
We pick one. Together we define what success looks like in a number you already track, what is in scope, what is explicitly out, and what we need from your team. This is written down before anyone writes code.
Build 5 weeks
Working software in your repository, on your infrastructure, reviewed by your engineers. Your team is in the build, not watching it. Weekly demos against the success measure.
Deploy
Into production, with evaluation harnesses, monitoring, failure handling and rollback. Plus the part most projects skip: getting the people who are supposed to use it to actually use it.
Capability transfer
Documentation, runbooks, a working handover to named people on your side, and a period where your team runs it while we are still reachable. We want the engagement to end.
What you get
- A working system in production, owned by you
- The opportunity map from discovery, including the things we chose not to build
- Evaluation and monitoring you can read without us
- Documentation and runbooks
- Your own engineers able to extend it
Engagement shape
| Typical first engagement | 8-week pilot, fixed price |
| Team | 1–2 FDEs, working alongside your engineers |
| Ongoing engagements | Priced on time, outcomes defined per engagement |
| Where the work happens | Your environments, your devices, your controls |
| Time-zone overlap | 4 hours daily, committed in writing |
| Cadence | Weekly demo against the success measure, from week three |
| Capacity | We run a small number of engagements at a time, deliberately. If we are full, we will tell you when we are free rather than start late |
| Pricing | Fixed price for the pilot, quoted per engagement. Ongoing work is priced on time, with outcomes defined per engagement |
Those stages add up to an eight-week pilot: two weeks finding the right problem, one defining it, five building and shipping it. We start almost every client there. You should not have to take our word for outcome ownership before you have seen it once.
What we ask of you
An FDE engagement fails without three things, and we would rather say so now.
- Access to the people doing the work. Not just the sponsor. The FDE needs hours with the operators.
- An engineer on your side. Capability transfer needs someone to transfer to.
- A decision-maker who can kill the wrong idea. Discovery sometimes finds that the project you wanted is the wrong one. Someone has to be able to hear that.
Our engineers work on your devices, inside your environments, under your access controls. We do not copy your data into our estate. Security and trust →
Engage an FDE, or hire one and let us employ them
Engagement
We deploy a Virdapt FDE into your project for a defined engagement. Fastest route, and the right one when the work is urgent or the first project has to succeed visibly.
Hire on the EOR model
You want the FDE on your team for the long run, not for one project. We source and shortlist forward-deployed engineers, you pick, and we employ them on our Indian entity payroll, benefits, equipment, onboarding, all ours.
There is nothing for you to set up. No entity, no paperwork, no recruitment process. You pick and choose, and we get them on board.
How the EOR model works →Start with a pilot.
Fixed price, fixed scope, a success measure you pick. If it works, we talk about what comes next.
