What we look for
Strong fundamentals, production experience, and the ability to work directly with a client's engineers across a time-zone gap. We hire engineers, data specialists, QA, DevOps and AI/ML people.
How hiring works
Four stages on our side, then the client. No open-ended rounds, no silence.
- Conversation. What you have built, what you want next, and the role itself honestly, including what is hard about it.
- Behavioural assessment. A structured working-style profile. Everyone takes it. It is not a trick, and there is no score to fail.
- Skills assessment. 60 minutes, built for the role you applied for and drawn from real work rather than puzzles. One sitting, and we tell you what to expect beforehand.
- Client interviews. You meet the team you would work with. We brief you properly beforehand and tell you where we think you stand.
Then a decision, with a reason either way. We reply to every candidate who completes an assessment, including the ones we do not place .
