Virdapt is a Canadian staffing firm based in Ottawa, working at the front edge of data and AI hiring — and running the training that helps organizations get value from the tools they have already bought.
Two lines of business, one specialism.
The first is staffing. We fill data and AI positions — architects, engineers, analysts, product owners, project managers, forward-deployed engineers — on contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent terms. We work with a wide range of engineers and keep an active network, which is what lets us identify suitable candidates quickly rather than starting each search cold.
The second is AI training. One-day to one-week programs that help people across an organization use whatever enterprise AI platform they already have, for better efficiency and better outcomes.
We do not build software, run migrations, or take delivery work. When a client needs that, we say so and point them elsewhere.

We turn down roles outside data and AI. That narrowness is the reason our screening is worth anything.

Three good candidates beat thirty résumés. We would rather send fewer people and be right.
