How we work with clients
Remote-first, in your hours. Engagements run against your working day, not ours, and the overlap is committed in writing North American hours for North American clients, Central European hours where that is what a client needs.
Where being in a room together matters a kickoff, a workshop, a training cohort we have regional hubs for it.
Access to Indian talent, if you want it
Some clients come to us specifically to build a team in India. Others never think about where the work happens. Both are fine.
If Indian talent is what you are after, our own entity there means we can source, employ and support people properly rather than contracting them, and you need no entity of your own. If it is not what you are after, the service is the same either way.
Security sits with you, wherever the work happens
Our people work on client-issued devices inside client-controlled environments. Your access controls, your logging, your policies. We do not replicate your data into a Virdapt environment, and the model does not require it.
