Data and AI roles are all we recruit for.
Specialization is why our shortlists are short. We know the difference between a data architect and a data engineer, and we know who is available this month.
Grouped by what they actually do.
If a role touches data or AI, it is in scope. If it does not, we will tell you honestly rather than take the requisition.

Engineering
Four steps, and you are involved in two of them.
Scope the role
A working session with your hiring manager. Skills, seniority, tooling, team shape, and what good looks like at ninety days.
Work the network
We go to engineers we already know and have already placed, rather than starting from a cold search.
Screen and shortlist
Technical and availability screening happens before you see anyone. You receive a shortlist you can interview immediately.
Place and support
We handle contracts, onboarding, and payroll, then stay in contact through the placement.
We are not starting your search from scratch.
Most agencies begin a search when the requisition lands. We begin with people we already know: engineers we have placed, screened, or worked alongside. That is the whole reason turnaround is short, and it is the only claim on this page we would ask you to test against another supplier.
Designer: a stat rail belongs here once network size and average time-to-shortlist are approved. Deliberately left out rather than invented.
Hire the way that suits the work.
Contract
Fixed-term capacity for a defined piece of work. Our paper, our payroll, our compliance.
Contract-to-hire
Work together first, convert later. Useful when the role is new and still taking shape.
Permanent
Direct placement onto your headcount, with the same specialist screening.
What clients ask first.
How quickly will we see candidates?
Placeholder — needs a real figure before launch. This is the single most important answer on the site and it should not go live vague.
What happens if the first shortlist misses?
We treat a miss as a scoping problem on our side, not yours. We recalibrate against the feedback and come back with a revised shortlist at no additional cost.
Do you place outside Canada?
Placeholder — confirm whether US placements are in scope.
Do you handle payroll, compliance, and insurance?
Yes, for contract and contract-to-hire placements. Details on the contracting page.
Is there a replacement guarantee?
Placeholder — confirm terms and guarantee period.
How do you charge?
Contract placements are billed at an agreed hourly or daily rate. Permanent placements are a percentage of first-year salary. Both are set out in the MSA or PSA before any work starts.
Have a role you need filled?
Send us the requirement and we will come back with a shortlist.
